These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace website, membership services, WURU services, online content, events, music, radio, video, digital services and other features provided through our website.

By accessing, registering with or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace is a community peace movement created to promote peace, unity, compassion, nonviolence, creative expression and positive change.

* WURU 2026 Stages and future event stages
* Music and artist promotion
* Radio and broadcasting
* Video and streaming
* Community projects
* Educational and historical content
* Creative resources and services
* WURU DJ Pool
* Membership services
* Online shopping and merchandise
* Digital content
* Artist and broadcaster submissions
* Campaigns and promotional activities
* Other community and creative projects

Services and features may change as Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace develops.

## 2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal, community, educational and other authorised purposes.

You agree not to use the website in a way that:

Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace may provide free and paid membership plans.

Membership prices and benefits may change. Changes affecting an existing paid membership will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the conditions presented when the membership was purchased.

## 5. Membership Discounts & Vouchers

Certain membership plans may include store discounts or vouchers.

Unless a particular promotion states otherwise:

* Vouchers are for the eligible member
* Each voucher may only be used once
* No more than one qualifying voucher may be used per transaction
* Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
* Vouchers cannot be commercially resold
* Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively
* Additional exclusions may apply to individual promotions

Any expiry date or additional condition will be displayed with the relevant voucher.

## 6. WURU DJ Pool

The WURU DJ Pool may provide promotional music to registered DJs, radio presenters, broadcasters and other approved users.

Use of the WURU DJ Pool is additionally governed by the separate **WURU DJ Pool Terms & Conditions**.

Music supplied through the DJ Pool remains subject to applicable copyright and licensing requirements.

Membership or access does not transfer copyright ownership to the user.

## 7. Music, Radio, Television & Streaming

Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace may provide music, radio programmes, interviews, videos, livestreams, recorded broadcasts and other media.

Copyright may belong to Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace, WURU, participating artists, producers, labels, broadcasters, photographers, publishers or other rights holders.

Accessing content through our website does not automatically give you permission to copy, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell or commercially exploit that content.

## 8. LIVE4Peace Events & WURU Stages

Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace organises or promotes events and virtual broadcasts designed to bring artists, speakers, organisations and communities together in support of peace.

Individual stages, performances and broadcasts may have additional participation requirements.

Event schedules, performers, stages, broadcast times and programmes may change.

Where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect an event, we may modify, postpone, relocate or cancel the affected activity.

## 9. Artist, DJ & Broadcaster Submissions

Artists, DJs, broadcasters and other contributors may be invited to submit music, videos, photographs, recordings, interviews or other material.

By submitting material, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have appropriate permission to submit it.

You retain ownership of your original material unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Where you submit material for publication, broadcasting, promotion or inclusion in an event, you grant Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace permission to use the material to the extent reasonably necessary for the agreed purpose.

You must not knowingly submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.

## 10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, logos, branding, graphics, text, artwork, photographs, recordings, videos and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Wake Up, Rise Up – LIVE4Peace or their respective rights holders.
