Al Davis

Sounds are part of our universe, nature, and urban cities, everything has its own melody that eventually evolves into music. Within the music, there became an order a structure which thru the decades humans learn to become masters in their craft. An energy force was created in Macon, Georgia. At an early age this prodigy, watched his belated father, James Davis, perform in a male travelling group and simultaneously he would listen to his mother playing and singing blues songs. So he became a product of his environment, so growing up he began singing and touring with the Silver Stars Gospel Quartet and various community choirs as a travelling musician, he constantly learned about music and the industry.

He has played for Southern Soul Artists: “Jeff Floyd” & “Nelson (Sugaa Shack) Curry. Not to mention that has had the honour of sharing the stage with many other artists such as Fantasia, Gladys Knight, Bobby Rush, Keith Sweat, Betty Wright, Bigg Robb, Sir Charles, Mint Condition and many more.

During the Pandemic this genius orchestrated his time to produce an amazing project. His enthusiasm created a virtual arena to capture audiences with the release of his first single entitled: ‘It's My Time to Party On The Weekend’, which is also the title of his upcoming debut album. His new single reached the charts in eleven countries. "Its My Time to Party" was also awarded for top streams, landing top 3 on various southern soul radio outlets, as well as a spot on Jackson Music Awards Spotlight of the week.

"Put a Twist in Ya Dip" ft. Jeter Jones & "Big Booty Baby" ft. Willie Morris, are currently available on all digital platforms. Both singles have been highlighted in Jackson Music Awards Spotlight of the week, not to mention placing on many Southern soul charts. His goal is to stay in the top five in order to become the second Southern Soul Artist in history to get signed to a major record label. This 2021 ZBT AWARDS BEST NEW MALE ARTIST NOMINEE, believes with God’s guidance and protection he will soar into greatness, so are you ready for the ultimate experience of one of the best Southern Soul Performers, are you ready to go on a sound voyage of a lifetime so without further a due I present to you the Great Al Davis.
